  • This role will be sourcing passive candidates for mission critical roles that will make a major impact on our teams and our organization as a whole. This role is a great way to grow your career and have the opportunity to move into other roles on the Talent Acquisition team.

What the job entails:

  • Source quality passive candidates for mission critical positions
  • Schedule phone interviews with recruiting team
  • Attend Meetups and Recruiting Events to source passive candidates
  • Attend job fairs to source non passive candidates
  • Host internal events to drive referral program

Our ideal candidate:

  • 1-2 years of sourcing experience on internal recruiting team with proven success
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Outgoing personality, fun with a strong work ethic
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to multi task and juggle multiple responsibilities
