Zions Bancorporation Enterprise Recruiting is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with a passion for talent acquisition and client relationship development based at California Bank and Trust in either San Diego or LA. We are accepting applications for an experienced Senior Banking Recruiter to join our team. We are looking for someone with experience working in a corporate recruiting and/or executive search environment over the past two years. The ideal candidate will be creative, exhibits initiative and is a top performer in the recruiting industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting for assigned client groups. This will be achieved through the execution of traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting strategies.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Partner with Hiring Managers to establish recruiting strategy for each open position and overall staffing initiatives.
Manage full life cycle recruiting process.
Working with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and that candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
Develop strong relationships with recruiting team, business leaders, and HR partners.
Ensure that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with government regulations.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Build and maintain networks to find qualified active and passive candidates.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Ability to work remotely and ensure that staffing levels and needs are maintained for assigned locations in California and Washington and Oregon states and their surrounding communities.
Provide expert level consultation, guidance and direction in sourcing and recruitment to Hiring Managers for mostly exempt level positions, but will recruit for some non-exempt roles.
Use applicant tracking systems, Taleo and other recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase through on-boarding.

Qualifications

MUST HAVE a BS degree and at least 2+ years of staffing/recruiting experience.
Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff.
Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills, and team based project experience.
Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft office and in depth knowledge of internet research and mining candidates.
Experience with recruiting metrics and reporting.

Preferred Experience:
Experience working in a Corporate financial services or branch banking environment.
Exposure or experience with general HR functions and specific CA employment laws.
Experience with Taleo or similar applicant tracking system.
Experience using Social Media for recruiting.
