Overview

The Global Recruiting Infrastructure and Operations function drives consistency and delivers efficiencies through shared services, consistent metrics and technology-driven solutions to improve the recruiting function’s ability to support the hiring needs of the business. Within this team, the HR Cloud Initiatives team is responsible for leading the firm-wide design and implementation of the recruiting cloud including process improvements, training, communications, and business management across both experienced and campus recruiting.
Responsibilities:
  • Consult with project leadership and product owners on appropriate strategy for the initiatives including, looking for synergistic opportunities and leveraging lessons learned
  • Engage with cross functional teams and leaders to help drive awareness and desire for change
  • Support employee and operational readiness for the project, including development of job aids, drafting and sending communications, creating and facilitating training, ensuring proper testing/ piloting, and completion of change management tollgates as required
  • Focus on the candidate, employee and recruiter experience, leading the experience stream of user acceptance testing
  • Escalate risks to employee readiness and remediate as appropriate
  • As needed, serve as project manager including maintaining project plans, developing business cases, creating project charters, completing stakeholder analysis, providing executive updates, and performing core project management responsibilities for meeting management
  • Indirect management responsibility for project working groups; influence and drive results from the team
  • Look for process efficiencies and implement across the organization
  • Drive adoption activities post-implementation to maximize the investment for the firm
Qualifications:
  • Experience managing complex projects with global, cross-LOB impacts
  • Experience driving or partnering on change management efforts
  • Experience with any or all of the following: process mapping and research, process optimization, gaining stakeholder buy-in,
  • Ability to deliver results accurately, quickly, and efficiently while adapting to shifting priorities
  • Able to accept responsibilities and operate outside of individual comfort zone
  • Able to work under strict deadlines with flexible working hours, including support of global time zones
  • Ability to establish strong, collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization
  • Demonstrated  written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable providing guidance to other project managers and leads
  • Strong technical skills, including proficient use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (including PitchPro); MS Project and Visio is a plus
  • Possess a strong sense of intellectual curiosity and a passion to improve the candidate, employee and recruiting experience
