The money management group has successfully managed hundreds of billions of dollars for both institutional and retail investors for over fifty years. This important position is based in Philadelphia, which serves as the headquarters for this division.

The company would like a person with investment management knowledge and intellectual curiosity to provide valuable insights and continuous improvement solutions to business issues.
We seek a person who’s risk management and/or audit experience will enable them to lead controls and risk assurance reviews, and provide value add recommendations. This will include developing conclusions regarding the control environment and communicating results to various levels of leadership.
Here’s what you’ll do:
You will assist the business in identifying and evaluating operational risks, assessing the adequacy of controls to manage such risks, and mitigating risks associated with significant operational changes.
As part of the Operational Risk team, you will report to the Operational Risk Senior Manager and regularly interact with the Head of Operational Risk Americas and the Global Head of Risk Management for the Investment Management business.
You should have 5-10 years of Operational Risk and Audit experience with a focus on asset management.
The company seeks someone with strong communication skills and possess the ability to leverage relationships and partner with all the Investment Management’s business areas. The candidate should have a strong achievement drive, highly motivated, and excel at working both independently and collaboratively in a global organization.
The company is open to someone who desires to relocate to the Philadelphia area.
