  • Facebook’s Global Employment Brand Team is seeking an experienced Global Media Partnerships Manager to manage relationships with our media partners. In this role, you’ll lead the media partnership strategy and create exposure for compelling content that promotes Facebook as a great place to work. You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders across teams such as creative, branding, analytics, communications, recruiting, and more. To be successful in this role, you’ll have a passion for details, amazing strategic planning skills, enjoy building synergistic relationships, and will thrive in a fast-moving organization. You’ll value the importance of protecting brand integrity while maintaining a logical outlook for project execution. Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with external employment brand media/channel partners
  • Negotiate and secure annual service contracts
  • Partner with employment brand managers to build a data-driven calendar outlining activity for each media partner site
  • Secure relevant content for campaigns on media partner sites
  • Lead quarterly business reviews highlighting strategy/activity/results
  • Troubleshoot on media partner sites, ensuring content is optimized
  • Utilize all high impact areas of the media partner sites
  • Present team with new features/products from each media partner
  • Research new global media partners for each region
  • Manage marketing pilots run on media partner sites
  • Work closely with the community manager to oversee posts on media partner sites
  • Lead employer of choice awards work in partnership with communications team
  • Draft social media responses and prepare monthly updates to review trends and ratings

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years relevant marketing experience
  • Previous employment brand experience
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt, learn new skill sets, and gain an understanding of operational challenges
  • Organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial, with a proven ability to execute on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Relationship building skills in a highly cross-functional environment
