What you’ll learn

  • Work directly with our global client base to resolve feature, functionality and workflow questions across the Visible Alpha platform and collaborate with our internal teams to escalate issues and feedback
  • Contribute to strategic buy-side and sell-side relationships to develop and expand engagements in conjunction with our Sales and Client Success teams
  • Build, iterate, and optimize processes across our organization
  • Collaborate with our Product teams to drive product enhancements and development
  • Gain deep expertise in the investment process and financial technology industry, insight into buy-side and sell-side workflows, relationship management skills, and familiarity with agile development and the SaaS product lifecycle

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree required – a degree in one of the following fields is highly preferred: Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering
  • 1-2 years of client service/relationship management in financial services or digital product/startup experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal, are a must
  • Great team player with the ability to problem solve and work on your own initiative
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a diverse and fast-paced environment
  • Curious by nature and excited about taking on challenging problems and discovering creative solutions
