The Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) Executive Search team are responsible for all Managing Director (MD) hiring across the AWM business globally. This Executive Search Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle of the most senior hires, from initial brief, to market mapping, marketing, interviews and offer.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of active MD assignments through the various stages of the recruitment lifecycle
  • Engage the in-house global research team to create a market mapping & research plan for all searches
  • Proactively source top senior talent for the AWM business and pipeline future senior-level talent needs
  • Act as a Talent Advisor to Hiring Managers and key stakeholders by understanding the internal and external talent landscape
  • Provide an informed perspective on prospects/candidates and how they match against the key selection criteria
  • Develop an extensive business network of key leaders and talent globally through proactive market engagement
  • Be a subject matter expert across the core coverage areas
  • Maintain key intelligence regarding the industry and senior leader movements throughout the market
  • Undertake prospective candidate due diligence as needed
  • Manage weekly / bi-weekly stakeholder update meetings with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience of executive search, ideally with a top-tier executive search firm and a track record of delivering senior-level hires
  • A deep knowledge of the Asset and Wealth Management business and it’s talent landscape
  • Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to build trust with candidates and clients
  • Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders and senior leaders across the organization and build credibility quickly
  • Strong business acumen, intellect, judgment and communication/advisory skills
  • Highly developed search methodology and process
  • Ability to manage complex situations and multiple priorities with a dedication to providing an outstanding candidate and client experience
  • Experience with complex compensation negotiations
  • Strong attention to detail and risk and control mindset
