The Sr. Software Engineer will be part of the core ERP Technology Team, responsible for application analysis, support and development of integrations with the ERP system and meeting project and production support requirements on a day-to-day basis.


  • Support HCM and Finance modules
  • Good understanding of finance or HR concepts
  • Demonstrate competency in workday product suite
  • Configuration of various modules within Workday HCM/Finance system
  • Configurations using EIB’s, Core Connectors and Workday Studio
  • Design and modify existing customizations, interfaces and conversions
  • Building and maintenance of interfaces in BIRT
  • Work across various platforms that integrate with Workday
  • Perform testing on integrations during Workday releases
  • Understand and follow defined integration/development standards and best practices
  • Understand business requirements and transform them into technical specs
  • Ability to multi-task and take on new challenges
  • Ability to function independently with minimal guidance
  • Ability to engage the business community and support them with minimal guidance


  • Bachelors Degree: Information Technology (Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical and Computer Engineering)
  • 8+ Years Relevant Experience
