Description: The employment branding analyst oversees Talent Acquisition’s employment branding strategies. They are globally responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of strategic social media content, analysis of social media trends, and integrating interactive media into the overall business strategy to improve recruiting experience. The duties may consist of managing online marketing campaigns to promote job openings and career opportunities at the bank. This position oversees the expanding of Northern Trusts online presence on different sites, using creativity to recruit potential candidates and identifying recruiting opportunities through social media. Duties: * Manage vendor relationships in relation to the execution of employer branding initiatives. * Analyze HR data and metrics to identify best recruitment practices. * Manage social media channels and careers website on behalf of talent acquisition. * Implement new employment branding initiatives. * Work collaboratively with senior TA leaders along with internal teams such as the recruiting, marketing and communication departments. * May include coordination of campus recruiting events. * Manages, monitors, and analyzes job boards such as Glassdoor, Facebook, Careers Site, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more. Requirements: * A bachelor’s degree in HR, marketing, communications or related field HR and or branding experience strongly preferred. * Ability to independently and successfully carry out assignments with little to no oversight. * Strong project management skills.
