Your role

Are you a strategic thinker? Do you know what it takes to build talent pipelines? We’re looking for someone like that to help us:

  • support a dynamic business splitting time between sourcing support for senior recruiters as well as providing front to back recruitment coverage as necessary
  • proactively build strategic talent pipelines and increase our diversity balance
  • build relationships with hiring managers and HR partners
  • creatively leverage and tailor social media to build brand awareness
  • ensure candidates and hiring managers experience seamless execution from start to finish

Your team

You’ll be based in Weehawken, NJ. You will also be part of a global team and able to draw on our recruiting network worldwide. We’re client focused and problem solvers for hiring managers, making recruiting easy to do business with and getting the right candidates at the right time for the right role.

Your experience and skills

You have;

  • experience within a recruitment, another human resources function or related experience
  • strong relationship management skills and highly responsive
  • an ability to develop a diverse array of recruitment strategies in order to exceed client expectations
  • a proven ability to positively challenge traditional processes, strategies and practices
  • a progressive mindset with an interest in new technologies and an ability to execute
