Overview

Follows established procedures to complete complex assignments under direct supervision. Resolves problems that require investigation or research. May have direct interaction with external customers to research, investigate, disseminate or explain information. May support activities that help mitigate organizational impact or loss. Trains new hires within work unit and provides day-to-day guidance to lower level employees. Supports a range of products/services. Applies detailed knowledge of a wide range of specialized administrative/technical skills; and most of the impact is related to the accuracy of tasks performed. Understands how duties relate/integrate with others in the team/unit.

Qualifications

 

Full Time – Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Central

Strong computer and math skills are required to create moderately complex databases, spread-sheets.

Minimum Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum Experience

Prior work experience that would provide a basic knowledge of the organization and its policies. Business office or operational environment combine with internal experience
