Overview

To responsibly, pro-actively and efficiently execute the Aspen Group Legislative Compliance process across the Aspen Group of 69 operating companies in 48 jurisdictions, under the instruction of the Group Legal Officer & Group Compliance Officer.  Execute the additional outputs as recorded in the job profile below, including general legal work under the instruction of the Group Legal Officer & Group Compliance Officer.

EDUCATION:

  • Postgraduate Degree – LLB;
  • Admitted Attorney or similar;
  • Membership of professional body (Law Society of SA);
  • Membership of Corporate Lawyers Association of SA.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5-7 years relevant legal experience in a corporate / commercial / legal environment
  • Sound legal commercial knowledge and experience
  • Legislative Compliance experience including competition law compliance
  • General business and specialised pharmaceutical industry experience an advantage
  • Legal project work experience
