Overview

Increase the security of information assets of the IT department by ensuring that the requirements of the information security department meet the requirements of the IT department, collect, analyze, formalize and prepare proposals for meeting the requirements, as well as increase the expertise of the IT department in providing information security by providing the necessary expert support in providing information security of business and technical services of the IT department at all stages of the service life cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and formalization of the requirements of the department of information security, presented to the IT department, assessment and selection of the necessary organizational measures and technical means of protection, taking into account the company’s rules, policies, existing architectural and organizational decisions, own expertise, monitoring of the implementation of selected measures and protective equipment ;
  • Participation in the development and harmonization of regulatory and organizational documentation necessary for the formalization and implementation of organizational protection measures, taking into account its own expert advice and the current situation in the IT department, organizing and participating in the development of additional regulatory and organizational documentation necessary for implementation in the IT department new or modification of existing IS processes;
  • Participation in project activities at the stages of analysis, design and implementation;
  • Expert advice to IT team service teams when choosing how to implement IS requirements within their design and operational activities;

Qualifications:

  • Higher technical education (profile preferred)
  • Experience in the system integrator for at least 3 years or at least 5 years of experience as an IB administrator
  • Wide outlook in IT and IS technologies, deep knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure and network technologies;
  • Experience in implementing / configuring or administering technical security tools (Microsoft, Cisco, Kaspersky, Fortinet, Paloalto, etc.);
  • Knowledge of current risks and threats to information security when using various information technologies, familiarity with standards and best practices in the field of information security;
  • Experience in carrying out surveys and audits for compliance with requirements;
  • Experience in the preparation of project documentation, taking into account the requirements of GOST (terms of reference, technical and operational design, program and test methodology, etc.);
  • Experience in writing regulations, policies and other organizational and administrative documentation;
  • Knowledge of the requirements of state regulatory bodies in the field of information protection and ways of their implementation;
  • Correct oral and written language;
  • The presence of certificates confirming professional competence is an advantage;
  • English language, level not lower Intermediate.
