    • Ensure investment mandate rules and guidelines (‘rules’) are accurately coded in the monitoring systems (Markit ThinkFolio and Murex).
    • Investigate and lead on resolving incidents from pre and post trade monitoring.
    • Review rules on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with latest investment mandate documentation, market practice and any applicable regulations.
    • Attend internal meetings to provide expertise with respect to the interpretation, coding and monitoring of rules.
    • Ensure required regulatory reporting is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Liaise with Front Office (Fund Managers, Client Account Management and Product teams) to ensure any issues they have are verified and monitoring systems updated with respect rules.
    • Remain aware of investment mandate restructures and launches ensuring all the necessary rule changes have been completed to a high level of accuracy.
    • Provide support to the Manager, Investment Compliance.
    • Experience within investment management
    • Working knowledge of coding and monitoring investment mandate rules (preferably in Markit thinkFolio and / or Murex)
    • Investment Management Certificate (IMC) qualified or similar
    • Good asset class knowledge
    • Good understanding of regulatory requirements within investment management, principally impacting UK and Irish regulated funds
