Role Description / Areas of responsibility:

As a member of the Technology and Business Services group, you will be working with managing directors, executive directors, vice presidents on servicing and executing transactions for clients across a number of various sub verticals including, but not limited to, software, financial technology, business process outsourcing, and information services.

  • The analyst/associate will be responsible for the following:
  • Preparation of new business presentations
  • Business and industry research
  • Valuation analysis and financial modeling
  • Preparation of transaction marketing materials
  • Development, training, and mentoring of new analysts

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

  • Outstanding academic qualifications; strong GPA
  • 2-4 years of prior investment banking experience or related experience (corporate development, private equity etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Series 79 and 63 preferred, but not required
