Job Description

This is a newly created position that will lead the building of teams and technology supporting the oversight and production process for SEC Forms N-PORT and N-CEN filings.
The teams will manage a set of client relationships through all phases of implementation; including sales support, discovery, on-boarding, implementation and BAU support.
Design operational protocols with the ESP application support team and Agile technology labs to test and finalize the technology solution for these filings.
Manage the team in the creation and maintenance of SOPs and checklist oversight procedures for the filing review process.
Participate in meetings with prospective clients and lead client demos. Coordinate with product team to manage product collateral documents.
Execute against client commitments for on-boarding
Manage a team of reporting analysts, and provide leadership to that team; act as thought leader for business functional and data solution design
Define and lead execution on operating model development and integrated business technology and data management solutions that facilitate the timely, accurate and complete reporting of Forms N-PORT and N-CEN
Direct the preparation and execution of comprehensive end to end user testing, training and standard operating procedure creation
Allocate and coordinate resources and handle personnel related issues.

Qualifications

Equivalent to a B.S. degree in Accounting, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus, but not required.
Extensive years of Financial Services Industry experience
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Experience in building and leading high performing teams
Proven track record as a team leader and collaborator; strong leadership and organizational awareness with ability to facilitate and resolve conflict
Knowledge of SEC, IRS, and general ledger accounting requirements and laws as they apply to investment companies, Trusts, Partnerships and other fund structures.
Demonstrable success as a change agent that possesses both superior relationship management and influencing skills across all levels of an organization
Demonstrates strong technology skills, as well as problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills that can interact with diverse audiences.
