JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Ethics and Compliance Program Manager will work closely with the Ethics and Governance Committee to the Board and other key stakeholders to strengthen and harmonize the Company’s compliance program throughout the Americas.

Develop, implement, improve and maintain ethics and compliance policies, procedures and systems in a manner that is practical, easy to navigate and compliant.

Develop, implement and administer engaging and creative training and other communication tools that promote an ethical culture and an understanding of the Ethics and Compliance Program throughout the Americas, accounting for local law and cultural nuances.

Monitor the implementation of ethics and compliance training and track completion statistics.

Develop, generate and maintain appropriate records and metrics for the Ethics and Compliance Program, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Adapt policies and procedures to comply with new legal and regulatory requirements.

Advise business and support units on a broad range of ethics and compliance issues, and identify creative, compliant solutions to achieve business objectives.

Manage and strengthen the Companys international third party vetting program.

Lead and/or collaborate with cross functional teams on assorted compliance-related special projects such as document retention, information governance and export compliance, interfacing with subject matter experts as necessary.

Monitor the operation of the Ethics Helpline to ensure that reports are appropriately assigned, investigated and resolved in compliance with internal procedures

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Bachelors degree required: business administration, legal studies, finance, audit or similar ethics and compliance education.
* 5+ years of relevant corporate compliance and ethics experience or the functional equivalent, including experience in areas including, without limitation: helpline management, internal investigations, anti-corruption/FCPA, gifts and entertainment, conflicts of interest, trade controls and third party compliance.

* Spanish strongly preferred

* Portuguese preferred
