• management of Affirmation Online (‘AOL’) in APAC, the Bank’s system whereby employees disclose personal information
  • review and assessment of External Directorship Position (‘EDP’) requests
  • review of personal staff connections (e.g. with a vendor, client or other UBS staff) and assessing for conflicts of interest
  • support on production and roll out of a global framework for handling employee personal connection disclosures
  • violation assessment and issuance on breaches of policy in regards to AOL & EDP
  • production of KPC reports each quarter for EDP data.
  • submission of Management Information on AOL, EDP’s, Employee Personal Connection’s
