Principal Activities/Objectives:

Review and interpret documentation issued by borrower (e.g. lender presentations, financial statements, compliance certificates, etc.)

Researches and analyzes pertinent financial information for existing borrowers

Prepare annual and quarterly credit reviews for US DCM loan portfolio positions

Prepare monthly loan portfolio reports

Research data to obtain information regarding current and projected status of certain industries, borrowers and market trends to assist in determining its impact on loan portfolio positions

Collects all necessary client prepared information and provide a view on the borrower’s financial condition.

Evaluates an individual’s or company’s stability, aptitude of management and creditworthiness by analyzing personal and corporate documents including balance sheets, income statements, and etc. Validates any assumptions, projects, and overall company viability and ability to repay the credit request. Uses internal and web-based analysis tools as needed to document findings.

Monitors and captures covenant compliance for loan portfolio positions. Reports non-compliance to appropriate staff

Performs other related duties as necessary

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field

Minimum 3 years work experience in credit analysi

Self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skill

Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

Proficient in MS Excel and Bloomberg

Ability to interrupt S&P and Moody’s rating reports and borrower financial statements
