Overview

Responsibilities:

  • This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations established by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC);
  • including mandatory training, new employee orientation and policy and procedure implementation by interacting with UHS staff via email, phone, face-to-face as well as communicating via email and phone with AAAHC.
  • This position is responsible for the Quality Improvement program at UHS including chairing meetings, overseeing QI initiatives and benchmarking projects and being the QI liaison for other Big10 health centers and reporting QI initiatives to AAAHC, for developing and continued monitoring of an all hazards emergency response plan for UHS including scheduling and participating in table top, functional, and full-scale drills, and supervises the administrative support assistant in the Administration Office.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
