Client Solutions was created as a problem resolution team within JPMorgan Funds to provide guidance and solutions to complex problems. The Client Solutions team is a central point of communication for clients, performing in depth analysis and research on accounts. The team processes everything from routine maintenance to trade corrections as well as time sensitive items including large dollar trades.
Individuals on the team must adhere to established policies, procedures and legal requirements. The team is expected to clearly communicate sensitive situations to senior personnel and management. Team members must be able to clearly articulate a problem and provide steps to fix it through written instructions to our transfer agent. To enhance the client experience, all team members make outbound phone calls to financial advisors and/or shareowners for incomplete paperwork and also sensitive issues requiring a high level of comprehension and empathy. An individual on the team must be flexible and be able to prioritize many different workflows throughout the day.
Process various requests including routine maintenance to trade corrections and large dollar trades. Ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Place outbound calls to resolve incomplete paperwork, gather proper documentation to open accounts or process requested account maintenance
Collaborate with internal partners to provide exceptional service to our clients
Must be customer focused and have proven customer service skills in a fast paced environment
Organizational skills, prioritization skills, and attention to detail required
Analytical, problem solving, and initiative required in researching information and finding solutions
Strong interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills
Strong MS skills particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Mutual Fund experience preferred
NASD Series 6 and Series 63 licenses preferred
BA/BS degree required
