POSITION SUMMARY: The role will provide analytical and reporting support to TH Real Estate’s Boston/Midwest Region’s activities and be located in the Boston office. TH Real Estate is one of the largest stakeholders of commercial real estate in the city of Boston and additionally has significant holdings in the Midwest, additional over the last 3 years the firm has been one of the most active buyers of real estate. The candidate will be involved in the analytical and financial work required to run asset and investment management operations, including modeling potential acquisitions and dispositions, along with regular performance outlook forecasting for each property which will be presented to clients and stakeholders.
From time to time it is expected that there will be additional ad hoc financial analysis projects as the Boston/Midwest region looks to expand its AUM and the candidate will be a contributing team member for this growth.
